Dinosaur Jr’s Bug Tour Starts Next Week. Win a Chance to Film Dinosaur Jr’s Show in Washington DC

Next week Dinosaur Jr. start a string of epic, once-in-a-lifetime shows on the East Coast. The band will be performing their classic 1988 album Bug in it’s entirety and Henry Rollins will be interviewing Dinosaur Jr. live from the stage before their set. In addition, Off! opens most dates (yes, that means there will be not one, but two Black Flag front men in the house) and on select dates Thurston Moore, Fucked Up, and The Warblers will also be performing. Check out the full tour dates after the jump.

What’s more, Dinosaur Jr. has started a contest with InTheHandsOfTheFans.com where six lucky winners will get the chance to both film the show and interview the band at their performance at the 9:30 Club in Washington DC on June 25. To enter make a Youtube video in HD of yourself asking Dinosaur Jr. the best interview question you can think of, and submit it HERE. The contest closes June 19  so get on it this weekend! You should also take a moment to check out the video above that Lou & Murph put together for this contest if for no other reason than because it is HILARIOUS!
