Sharon Van Etten’s ‘Tramp Deluxe Edition’ Out Today, NYC Town Hall Performance This Thursday

Sharon Van Etten brought you her Jagjaguwar debut, Tramp, back in January. What ensued after the album’s release was a fantastic year, complete with nonstop touring, a handful of TV performances and more collaborations than you can count. Sharon closes 2012 out with the release of Tramp Deluxe Edition, which features the originals plus demo versions of each song. You’ll also receive new liner notes and artwork taken from Sharon’s journals, plus the previously unreleased track, “Tell Me.” You’ll find the deluxe edition at SC Distribution and iTunes.

Sharon returns to New York City on Thursday, November 15 for a US year-ending performance at Town Hall. Joining her are some very special guests; the list includes Thurston Moore, Aaron Dessner (The National), Jenn Wasner (Wye Oak), Peter Silberman (The Antlers), Brad Cook (Megafaun) and John Maloney.
