THE BESNARD LAKES are offering a preview of their much-anticipated album, The Besnard Lakes Are the Roaring Night, the standout single, “Albatross.” The single will also be made available on February 9th (8th in the UK) as a vinyl 12″ with the exclusive b-side “Four Long Lines.” Download “Albatross” HERE.
The Besnard Lakes’ official tour of North America will begin in late April (stay tuned for updates), but the band will be appearing at SXSW this March. Those fans who make the trek to Austin will be handsomely rewarded with Lone Star, sunburns, and Besnard Lakes performances that are the stuff of legend. Back in 2007 The Besnard Lakes wowed audiences and passers by, even bowling over people in line. This year there will not be an official Jagjaguwar showcase, but the Besnard Lakes will be making several appearances that will be listed on our site in the coming weeks.
