HEY, Here’s a New Foxygen “No Destruction” Video

Ole Foxygen are at it again. Here we are with a new [old] video for their song “No Destruction.” Why it’s a modern day Western! It’s an ode to adolescence! But really, you’re looking at a mix of newly filmed video plus a bit of footage from Foxy’s high school days; clips from The Legend of Colonel Bedlum and the Salty Biscuits (2005), Metronome (2007), Here’s Another One, Jon! (2008), The Buffalo Son (2009), and more included! The video was directed by Sam and Rado’s childhood friend Bryan Felber. WATCH ABOVE!

DON’T WAIT TO GET YOUR “NO DESTRUCTION” b/w “WHERE’S THE MONEY?” 7″! The single is out on May 28 and available for pre-order at SC Distribution.

WATCH // New Video For Wolf People’s “Empty Vessels,” Band Announces First Ever North American Tour

Wolf People share their brand new video for the song “Empty Vessels.” Inspired by the artwork for their Fain album, the video is a collage of live performance and album imagery. Director Phil Poole created the video “as an abstract piece exploring the many layers and depths to the track, through a combination of unorthodox visuals and motion graphics.” “Empty Vessels” is found on Fain, which is now available SC Distribution, Amazon, iTunes and your local record store.

In other EXTREMELY exciting Wolf People news, they have announced their first ever North American tour. Even better? Many of the dates are with Unknown Mortal Orchestra. Check out their schedule below, with more dates TBA.

PINK MOUNTAINHOPS, The New Brew Inspired By Pink Mountaintops

What’s tastier than a beer inspired by Pink Mountaintops? NOTHING. CBC Music put together a wee little project, asking fans to pair band names with beer styles and tag them with #CDNbandbeer on Twitter. Before long, labels were made and many a Canadian brewery were called on to make this mash-up a reality. We’re stoked Pink Mountaintops is included in the fun and cannot wait to get a taste.

Created by Cannery Brewing, PINK MOUNTAINHOPS hits stores June 7. What does it taste like? For starters, it’s a maibock, meaning a German-styled lager complete with classic German malts and noble hops. We’re talking all kinds of delicious.
